1 Acceptance & Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal business authority to enter into binding agreements.
- All information provided during registration (company details, contact information, tax identification) is accurate and complete.
- You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your portal credentials.
2 Advertiser Terms & Traffic Quality
Advertisers utilizing Adexone's self-serve platform or managed campaigns agree to:
- Ad Content Standards: Ensure creatives and landing pages do not contain malware, phishing, deceptive claims, illegal goods, or defamatory material.
- Campaign Funding: Maintain adequate prepaid account balances or adhere to mutually agreed credit terms before ads go live.
- Tracking Integrity: Implement accurate postback/conversion tracking that complies with user privacy regulations.
3 Publisher Guidelines & Prohibited Activities
Publishers monetizing inventory through Adexone must adhere to strict quality benchmarks. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Invalid & Fraudulent Traffic
Generating artificial impressions, automated bot clicks, forced redirects, hidden iframes, or incentivized clicks.
Prohibited Content
Placing ads on properties containing copyrighted infringement, violence, hate speech, or unlicensed software.
4 Intellectual Property Rights
All software, algorithms, interfaces, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology associated with the Adexone network remain the exclusive property of Adexone and its licensors. No unauthorized reproduction or reverse-engineering is permitted.
5 Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Adexone disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Adexone be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, network latency, or third-party service interruptions.
6 Termination & Account Suspension
Adexone reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any advertiser or publisher account found violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent traffic generation, or breaching payment commitments without prior notice.
